Australia will formally endorse the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) working definition of antisemitism, Prime Minister Scott Morrison said at the Malmö International Forum on Holocaust Remembrance and Combating Antisemitism.

Australia will become the 30th country to formally endorse or adopt the IHRA definition, along with the European Union and numerous local governments, corporations, institutions and organizations.

“Antisemitism has no place in Australia—it has no place anywhere in the world,” Morrison told the forum in a pre-recorded message. “And we must work together, resolutely and as a global community, to reject any word or any act that supports antisemitism towards individuals, towards communities or religious facilities,” the prime minister added.

Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Löfven also spoke at the Malmö forum, calling for “concrete measures” to combat antisemitism and advance Holocaust remembrance., 14 October 2021

Arno's Commentary

Anti-Semitism is a major issue in the political world. This is primarily due to the Holocaust, the world’s most well-recorded and substantiated human event in history.

We notice Prime Minister Morrison’s emphasis on “work together…global community.” Will it work? Temporarily, yes; but in the end, no.

Revelation 20:7-9 testifies: “And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog, and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.”
