How new is the New World Order?
Actually it isn't very new at all. The declaration of the New World Order is documented in Genesis 11:4: "...they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth." The spirit of the Babel New World Order desired unity, not diversity.
How did God react to this ambition? "Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech" (Genesis 11:7). As a result, "...the LORD scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city" (Genesis 11:8).
Today, the spirit of the New World Order is no longer based upon such unity, but is founded upon diversity. For example, the European Union specifically points out that all member nations will be permitted to practice its culture, tradition and language. That is unity through diversity.
