Spiritual Strength For Each Day

“Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God” (John 3:3).

There are true Christians and nominal Christians. Satan, the enemy of the soul of man, is the greatest author of confusion. He does this especially where crucial decisions are concerned. I can well understand when a person who does not know Jesus Christ as his Savior says, “Everyone has to find the way to heaven himself. There are so many churches, and nobody knows which one is telling the truth and which one is lying.” This is the tactic of the enemy, who does not want us to have assurance of faith. But there is one point we can certainly agree on, namely that Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God, cannot lie! He claims that He Himself is the truth. Do you believe this? You may say, “I have lost my faith in people.” You are not the first to do this. You may have a grudge against many people who have disappointed you. But what do you have against Jesus, the Son of God, who left His glory for your sake, became man and died a bloody death on the cross? He wants you too to see the Kingdom of God.
