Spiritual Strength For Each Day
“Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness” (1 Thessalonians 5:5).
We can only be raptured before the judgment if we walk with God. A walk with God is a walk in judgment upon our old nature. Thus, as children of God, we must walk with Him in light, so that we can be raptured before the judgment. The Lord Jesus said, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life” (John 5:24). Those who do not want to do the perfect will of God, however, who do not want to come to the light, are already under condemnation. A child of the light walks with God in the light. Whoever withdraws from the light, withdraws from the Rapture and will come into condemnation. That is why I am asking you, are there spheres of your life that are in darkness? If you have not kept in step with God, do you want to come to the light now? Break through to a perfect walk with Him, so that you—who knows how soon? —can suddenly be raptured into His presence.
