It was in 1968 when my late wife, Ruth, and I read the first edition of Midnight Call magazine sent to us by Ruth’s mother, who lived in Germany. From that moment on, our energy and resources were directed toward the building of Midnight Call Ministries USA. Today, we look back with thankful hearts, realizing what God has done from the humble beginnings in a basement room in Hamilton, Ohio, where our first “office” was located.
Today, Midnight Call magazine, as well as News From Israel, along with books, booklets, tracts, and recordings, have saturated the continent. Believers from all walks of life have been blessed, instructed, and increased in the knowledge of the Lord throughout these many decades.
Thankfully, Midnight Call Ministries is debt-free, and we continue to send forth the glorious message that only Jesus saves, and He is coming again.
However, times have changed. In plain words, people today read less than ever before, because of new technology such as the Internet. Yet the Bible clearly gives the promise: “Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy” (Revelation 1:3a). Doubtless, there are millions of American Christians who would enjoy reading Midnight Call magazine and take advantage of the resources we offer.
